ARTWORK PURCHASES

When you purchase an artwork, you are supporting the artist and also assisting the promotion of art across the Kinglake Ranges. Artworks exhibited in Kinglake Art Show are available to purchase throughout the event and up to 10 days post event dates. Any artwork purchased must be paid for immediately and collected at the specified closure pick-up times.
Payment of the full purchase price is required and payable by cash, eftpos or direct debit transaction.

 

INDEMNITY FOR PURCHASES

Purchasers agree that Kinglake Art Show acts solely as an agent for the artist.
The artist is responsible for their art practices and use of materials.
The purchaser of any artwork agrees and acknowledges that Kinglake Art Show has no control of, or liability for, the condition of the artwork or for the quality should any concerns arise with respect to any artwork.
Liability vests solely in the artist and not Kinglake Art Show.
