ENTRIES CLOSE: 31 October. Art works will only be considered if entry is received by 31 October 2023.

JUNIOR/SCHOOL ENTRIES & SUBMISSIONS: MONDAY 6 NOVEMBER.
All physical junior artwork entries must be submitted by this date to be judged for the show.

ADULT ENTRIES RECEIVED: Thursday 16 November between 12.00noon and 6.00pm. 

​

OPENING EVENT: Friday 17 November, arrival and preview of exhibits from 6.00pm for 7.00pm announcements.
Music, light supper is included and Philip Lobley wine is available to purchase by the glass.

EXHIBITION OPEN: Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 November, 10.00am to 4.00pm.
Tea, coffee and cakes available. Gold coin donation accepted.

RAFFLE SALES: 1 August to 2.30pm 19 November 2023

RAFFLE DRAWN: Sunday 19 November, 3.00pm

COLLECTIONS: Sunday 19 November between 4.00pm and 5.30pm
